Do we need expensive software?
Usually not. WhatsApp Business, a shared spreadsheet and a clear routine solve most of it. We recommend paid software only when the volume justifies it.
Can you send bulk WhatsApp messages for us?
Only to people who have agreed to hear from you, and within WhatsApp's own rules. Unrequested bulk messages get numbers blocked and annoy customers.
