Pricing
There are no fixed packages. You name the budget, and it is split by a published rule between advertising and our work. The smallest budget for a paid campaign is N$1,499.99.
ADA Marketing works from your budget. The smallest budget for a paid campaign is N$1,499.99. On budgets under N$5,000 a month, 60% is spent on advertising and 40% pays for the plan, the adverts, running them and reporting. From N$5,000 a month the split is 65% and 35%, and from N$15,000 it is 70% and 30%. Branding, design and other once-off work is quoted after a short brief.

The level is set by the budget per month. A longer campaign is charged at the level its monthly amount falls into.

Who pays Facebook and Google?
The advertising part of your budget goes to the advert platforms. Every report shows the platforms' own figures for what was spent, so you can see that the advertising money was spent on advertising.
Why does ADA take a bigger share of a small budget?
Because the work is nearly the same. A N$1,500 campaign still needs a plan, adverts, tracking and a report. On a larger budget that work is a smaller part of the total.
Is the first plan really free?
Yes. You send a budget and a brief, and we reply with a written plan. You pay only if you approve it and want it run.
What is not included?
Video production, photography shoots, printing, and travel outside Rundu. Any of these is quoted before it is done. A website or landing page, if you need one, is built by ADA Web and priced there.
Can I stop a campaign early?
Advertising that has not yet been spent can be stopped. Payment, refunds and cancellations follow Andreas Digital Agency's payment, refund and cancellation policy.
How do your prices compare with other agencies?
Few Namibian agencies publish prices, so a fair comparison is hard. One Windhoek agency, Elidge, lists Facebook and Instagram marketing from N$7,500 for setup, with N$4,500 of advertising a month on top (its website, 5 October 2026). That is a different model from ours: a setup fee plus advertising, where we take a share of one budget. Ask any agency the same two questions: how much of my money reaches the advert platforms, and what do I get for the rest?
