Budgets and prices
What is the smallest budget you work with?
N$1,499.99 for a paid campaign. That covers a two-week test: the plan, three adverts, the advertising itself and a report.
How is my budget divided?
By a published rule. On budgets under N$5,000 a month, 60% buys advertising and 40% pays for our work. From N$5,000 a month the split is 65% and 35%. From N$15,000 a month it is 70% and 30%. Pricing in full.
Do I pay before I see a plan?
No. The first written plan is free. You pay only if you approve it and want it run.
Who pays Facebook and Google?
The advertising part of your budget goes to the advert platforms. Every report shows the platforms' own figures for what was spent.
What costs extra?
Video production, photography shoots, printing and travel outside Rundu. Each is quoted before it is done. A website or landing page is built by ADA Web and priced there.
Results and traffic
Can you guarantee a number of visitors or sales?
No, and be careful of anyone who does before a single advert has run. We give an estimate first, set a target in writing after the first week of real results, and report against it every week.
What happens if the campaign does not work?
The weekly report says what is being changed: the advert, the audience, the offer or the page people land on. If it still does not work, we tell you to stop spending. Advertising money that has not been spent stays yours.
How long before I see results?
Clicks and messages usually start within days of launch. Whether they turn into paying customers takes longer to judge, normally two to four weeks. How long marketing takes.
How will I know the numbers are real?
Reports are taken from the advert platforms. The accounts are in your name, so you can log in and see the same figures yourself.
Working together
Do I need a website?
Not to start. Many local campaigns send people to a WhatsApp chat or a call. You need a website when people must read, compare, book or buy online.
Who owns the advert account, the page and the designs?
You do. Accounts and pages are created in your name. Designs made for you are yours once they are paid for.
Is there a contract or a minimum period?
A campaign runs for the period in the plan you approved. There is no automatic renewal. The final report recommends whether to continue, change or stop.
Do you work with clients outside Rundu or outside Namibia?
Yes. Campaigns are planned and run online. Work that needs us on site, such as photography, is quoted with travel.
Will you write and design the adverts?
Yes. Image and carousel adverts are included in the plan: three a month at the Test level, six at Grow and ten at Scale. Video is quoted separately.
